I absolutely LOVED all the brilliant ideas everyone submitted last week for yummy eats that don't require heating up the stove and making my already hot kitchen even hotter without having A/C!! I love my old apartment, however I most definitely miss having central air (and a dishwasher, if we're really going to vent :) I can't wait to put together our non-stove night next month for cooking club! (Congrats to Sarah Wibowo for winning last week's goodies!)
