I spent the day road-tripping back from Phoenix after an amazing weekend, meeting lots of readers, scouring some Goodwill racks, and catching up with college friends! Full rundown comes this week! I purchased a second-hand tweed skirt from an op shop for $8…
It’s refashion time!!
Unfortunately I didn't have enough tweed fabric to complete an entire cape (oh no!), so I had to use a contrasting fabric for the back of it!
To complete the look, I used a thrifty brooch I purchased for a dollar.

I LOVE this Erica Louise!! I'm totally going to try my hand at this with an old, vintage, wool skirt in my collection. Such a perfect way to reuse a piece from your closet in a brand new way!! Looking forward to the next piece EL!!
