I cut it up...
...and ended up with this piece. This was one of my faves!!
Now there was that panel of red material that just didn't have a home anymore. I gave it a home...
...on my head!
My new head wrap needed no sewing at all! The fabric panel was still intact - no seams were harmed in the making of this piece - so it was one big round and connected remnant.
I placed a portion of the fabric at the nape of my neck and brought each side around to my forehead. Here I tied a big bow and tucked the edges under, directly into the portion touching my hair.
I'm loving it! I think the red on red is such a fun color combo.
Plus it's totally large enough to cover all the frizz and hair wispies that I've been experiencing from the rain! Drizzles? Bring it. My hair don't care.
